Low interest and interest free loans

Bequests

If you would like to leave a bequest, the following form of bequest may be adapted by a solicitor for inclusion in your will:

" I GIVE to Kenthurst Study Centre, a project of Education Development Association (ABN 82 000 479 685), free of all duties the sum of (amount in words) ($ amount in figures) and I DIRECT that the receipt of an officer of Education Development Association be accepted as sufficient discharge for the same"

or

" I GIVE to Kenthurst Study Centre, a project of Education Development Association (ABN 82 000 479 685), free of all duties the whole/proportion of my (residuary) estate and I DIRECT that the receipt of an officer of Education Development Association be accepted as sufficient discharge for the same"
